A graduate of a DEA in business and economics law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, Sarah KREMER provides consultancy and litigation services in connection with the business world and in numerous M&A operations.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009, Sarah KREMER joined CARLER AVOCATS the same year.

Sarah KREMER advises many French and foreign clients and usually assists them in matters of corporate law, contract law, liability law and commercial and economic law.

She is also involved in commercial leases (negotiation and drafting of leases and leases in the future state of completion, renewal, transfer of lease rights, management of disputes arising from the breach of their obligations by the lessee or lessor, etc.).

She has developed significant experience in the implementation of pre-litigation and litigation strategies for disputes falling within her areas of intervention.

She represents her clients before all types of jurisdictions, both judicial and in the context of alternative dispute resolution methods.
