Antoine Casanova holds a Master 2 in IT law from the University of Paris 2. He was sworn in in 2011 and has always worked in the field of IT law. In 2021Antoine Casanova was appointed partner in the IT department of Carler, which he had joined as an associate in 2015.
He is particularly involved in the negotiation of IT services contracts (integration, application and infrastructure outsourcing, license, maintenance, AMOA) and their annexes, in particular technical (SLA, PAQ, PAS, reversibility, etc.). In this context, he also advises the firm’s clients on personal data.
Rich in a first experience in music law, Antoine also assists many music producers including a Major in the sector.
His expertise and technical knowledge acquired in the context of large-scale IT projects allows him to follow up on complex IT disputes.
Antoine Casanova regularly writes articles in specialized legal journals (RLDI, Lexbase Business Edition, etc.) in all areas of computer and IT law.
He also teaches at several higher education establishments (Paris Dauphine, Versailles Saint Quentin University, Toulouse Capitole University, Les Gobelins and previously at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and SupAéro).
