Graduated from the University of Paris V René Descartes where he gained a DESS qualification in Practical Taxation  and endowed with a strong experience in corporate law, Stéphane Blanchard has developed recognized expertise in mergers and acquisitions and restructuring operations, in capital transactions development and usually accompanies ETI and medium-sized companies in their structuring, both in tax matters and corporate law.

He assists them as well in their tax management as well as during tax audits and litigation.

He also regularly advises partners and managers on strategy and asset management.

After a first enriching experience at the end of his university cursus in the international tax department of ALCATEL-CIT (ex-CGE and then one of the world leaders in telecommunications), his spirit of independence will quickly lead him to the lawyer’s profession and Cabinet Carler within which he has always appreciated the strong international culture, the diversity of the clientele and their sectors of activity and a structure with a strong human dimension.

Stéphane Blanchard is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux, the leading French association of tax lawyers.
